Inquiry
When you submit, your name, email, optional organization, topic, message and page language are transmitted securely to the website server and emailed to hrzhouli@protectorpalace.com to handle your inquiry. No automatic marketing subscription is created. The website does not create a database of inquiry messages; the receiving mailbox and mail provider process the email.

A necessary session cookie protects submissions and prevents duplicates. A private rate-limit file keeps hashed IP addresses and timestamps for a one-hour rolling window; expired entries are removed when another inquiry is processed.
