BUILDING FOR THE LONG TERM.
ProtectorPalace is building a U.S. consumer platform focused on pet food, treats and functional nutrition. The current priority is people, capabilities, systems and disciplined growth.

Explore03 / U.S. platform build
Product safety, consumer trust, factual accountability and long-term stewardship guide the platform build.
Product safety, product quality and consumer trust come before short-term scale.
Decisions should reflect data, consumer feedback and operating results, with clear ownership.
Brands, people, supply chain, consumer relationships and capital are assets to steward over time.
The business plan does not plan new large greenfield factories during the first 36 months. Capital prioritizes established brands, shared capabilities and working capital before unvalidated manufacturing expansion.
Supply chain04 / Quality & compliance
As brands join the platform, we will establish common quality governance covering formulation, supplier oversight, product release and consumer feedback, with each party’s responsibilities clearly defined.
