Why the sequence matters
The launch plan does not envisage new large greenfield factories during the first 36 months. Qualified third-party manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and logistics would be evaluated as brands join.

Strategy insight
The launch plan gives priority to consumer demand, established brands and operating discipline.

Whether production is owned or contracted, we will retain our own quality governance responsibilities. The intended model will separate quality decisions from short-term sales pressures. Quality and regulatory leadership will define approval, hold, release and escalation responsibilities with the acquired businesses. Quality agreements will document the platform’s and manufacturers’ respective responsibilities; contracting production will not remove either party’s applicable obligations.
Owned assets or dedicated capacity may be assessed later. Core SKU scale, capacity security, cost, quality and investment returns provide the decision framework. The plan does not announce a factory investment.
